Marketing Lead
Own Skolte’s positioning, content strategy, and demand generation.
About the role
You will own the entire marketing function at Skolte — from brand positioning and content strategy to demand generation and analytics. This is a founding marketing role: you will build the playbook, not inherit one. You will work directly with leadership to shape how Skolte is perceived in the market.
What you'll do
- Define and execute Skolte’s content strategy across website, LinkedIn, and email
- Write and publish thought leadership content — insights, case studies, and landing pages
- Build and manage demand generation campaigns
- Own website copy, SEO, and conversion optimisation
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics
- Manage external vendors (design, PR, paid media) as needed
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or professional services
- Strong writing skills — you can write clearly about technical subjects for a business audience
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing tools
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics and reporting
- Self-starter who can build a function from scratch
