IT Specialist
Infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365 governance, and systems administration.
About the role
You will own the IT environment for Skolte and our managed-service clients. This means Microsoft 365 tenant setup and governance, security policies, device management, networking, and day-to-day systems administration. You will work closely with the consulting team to ensure client environments are secure, well-governed, and properly maintained.
What you'll do
- Set up and manage Microsoft 365 tenants — Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune
- Implement and maintain security policies, conditional access, and compliance configurations
- Handle user onboarding, offboarding, and licence management
- Manage networking, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and clients
- Document IT processes and maintain environment runbooks
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of Entra ID, conditional access, and security best practices
- Experience with device management (Intune or similar)
- Networking fundamentals — DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, or similar)
- Experience in a managed-service or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Power Platform or Business Central administration
